Welcome to the Short Sea Denmark. 

SPC Denmark's objective is to increase the knowledge of transport buyers of shortsea shipping services so as this to become the choice of preference nationally and internationally - also for door-to-door traffic. It involves tramp trade and liner shipping within the European Continent incl. the Mediterranean, the Black Sea and the Baltic region as well as improved utilization of the inland waterways of Europe for carriage of goods.

Vision is to promote shortsea shipping as an integral part of door to door transport solutions.
Strategy is to gather information on and promote shortsea shipping in order to alter the behavior of transport buyers.
Goal is to have as much cargo as possible carried by sea as soon as possible.
